The goal of Little Angel Daycare and Preschool is:

To stimulate creative interest by providing materials and opportunities for manipulative play.
To provide the opportunity for group experience by recognizing the child’s needs to interact with other children and adults.
To provide a curriculum that is child-centered with a Christian oriantation.
To prepare each child for future educational experiences by providing age appropriate activities in language, music, math, science, art, cooking, and movement.
To provide for the child’s physical well-being and development.
To provide gentle, loving care in a Christian environment.

Head of the School

Hi I am Wendy Murphy, owner of Little Angel Daycare & Preschool. I started working at Little Angel’s in 2001 the same year it opened. I took over ownership in 2017. We are a family-owned and operated child care facility and one of the longest-running centers here in Helena.

I am a proud mom of 2 children, Kasidie and Teagyn. I love to travel, garden, & cook meals for my family. My husband and I love to pack up our camper and head to the motocross tracks around the state to watch our son race motocross and chase his dreams.

Program Objectives

Social Development

-Share materials and take turns.
-Work and play cooperatively with others.

Learning Development

-Recognize and print their name.
-Use scissors, crayons, paint, and classroom tools with control.
-Identify colors, shapes, letters, and sounds.
-Count and recognize numbers.
-Enjoy music, movement, and creative expression.
-Build curiosity and interest in learning.

Mission
